Our Mission
Move Better Physical Therapy's mission is to better serve athletes (of all levels) all across the United States. By being more accessible to the public (no prescription required in Alaska), we are better able to decrease your risk for injury while optimizing your mobility and performance. We look at the patient as a whole to develop a program that is specific to his/her/their needs.

Training Expertise
Dr. Jordan Keene earned her doctorate degree from the top-ranked physical therapy school, the University of Southern California. She went on to complete her Orthopedic Residency through USC and Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center, where she earned her Orthopedic Clinical Specialty. She specializes in the management of orthopedic conditions in athletes of all levels (aching joints/muscles, mobility deficits, pain, injuries, tears, etc.), as well as injury prevention and performance optimization. Dr. Jordan understands the athlete's perspective and works with the patient to ensure they can perform at their highest level. Whether you want to chase your grandkids or get picked up by a Professional Team, Move Better can help you get there.
What Makes Us Different
Our treatment philosophy specializes in individualized, hands-on, manual therapy. We get to the SOURCE of the problem to get you functioning at your best. Depending on the patient's needs, this will likely include a combination of dry needling, cupping, myofascial release, scraping, and performance training.
